I didn't receive points for a survey I completed

Solution If you did not receive points for a survey you completed, please complete the following steps:

1) Allow 24 hours for the credit before submitting a ticket except on weekends.

2) Always be sure to take a screenshot of the last page of the survey. Ensure that the screenshot the date/time and is visible in the task bar.

3) Create a ticket and state the name of the survey, the date/time you took the survey and your timezone (PST, EST etc)

4) When creating the ticket, attach the screenshot(s)

Please note that some surveys do not credit on weekends and holidays.
