I completed an offer through an offer wall but didn't receive points
Solution
If you completed an offer through an offer wall, you must submit your claim through the offer wall before submitting through ZoomBucks. The instructions for each wall is as follows:
1) Volume11 - Email
support@v11media.com
2) RadiumOne - Click "Missing ZoomBucks"
3) Super Rewards - Click "View Offer Status"
4) Trialpay - Click "Support"
5) Matomy - Click "Offer Status"
6) Peanut Labs - Click "Need Help?"
7) Payment Wall - Click "My Account"
8) SupersonicAds - Click "View Status"
If you do not receive a resolution within 15 business days, you can contact ZoomBucks support. Please be sure to include screenshots and text within your support requests.
