What should my screenshot include?

Solution Always be sure to take a screenshot of the completion page of the survey or offer.

Ensure that the screenshot includes your logged in ZoomBucks account tab, the url of survey or offer, and that the date/time is visible in the task bar.

If a screenshot of an email is required, the screenshot must include the sender, the date the email was sent, the email address that the email was sent to and the content of the email.
