When to submit a help ticket for offers that don't credit
Solution
Not all offers, surveys, or videos credit immediately so members must allow time for the credit to occur.
Special offers - ensure that you have screenshots and have tried to resolve it on the wall where you did the offer. If it has not credited after 15 days, send the screenshots and a copy of the communications with the wall to us and we will look into it.
Videos - allow 24 hours for a credit to occur. If it has not credited, try to resolve it on the wall where you watched it. If it is not resolved, send us the screenshots of the completed video for our consideration.
Daily Surveys and ZB Surveys - allow 24 hours for a credit to occur. When you send in a ticket, we require a screenshot of the completion page. We do not consider credits for surveys that have not been completed except if the Zoombucks site has crashed.
Some surveys do not credit on weekend so there may be a delay in responding to those tickets.
Tasks - allow 2 hours for a credit to occur. Open another task & click on the Help link within the task to query Crowdflower about why it hasn't credited. If it is not resolved in 14 days, submit the final page that says Thank You as well as a copy of the communications with the wall to us and we will look into it.
