Why am I not getting video rewards?

Solution Video Rewards are only available in the US. Unfortunately there are very few advertisers that are interested in advertising to other markets.

If you are in the US and are not getting video rewards, it could be that:

1 - you have watched the video already

2 - the inventory is depleted

3 - the videos are geo-targeted and you do not live in the targeted area


The supply of videos is not unlimited. There will be periods of time when there will be no videos available. Zoombucks does not have any control over what videos are available.
